Description
This project is sponsored by the Paul M. Busch Foundation for the Outdoors who's mission it is to preserve and enhance outdoor spaces in order to inspire healthy interaction between people and the environment. They work to promote positive interaction between people and the outdoors through projects which improve, enhance and preserve natural spaces. These projects encourage the enjoyment of the outdoors while minimizing environmental impact.
Meet your crew leader in the parking lot of Trixie's Antler Saloon in Ovando the morning of the 15th. From there you will caravan to your trailhead the North Fork of the Blackfoot. You will hike approximately 3 miles into your camp. The work will consist of re-establishing the tread, and brush work. Pulaskis and loppers will be the tools of choice!
